Our main task is to do cold calling to appointment settings.

We'll call Property Investors, Cash buyers or Traditional Business Owners to see if they're potentially looking to lend or in need of financing assistance for their business's upcoming projects or for the expansion of their business in accordance to your criteria/preference.

HOW DO WE RECEIVE THESE LEADS FOR BUNDLE SERVICE?
We will send the leads to you in Excel Format as per request.

HOW FAR DO YOU GO WITH SETTING UP LEADS? WILL THEY BE EXPECTING A CALL FROM OUR COMPANY? MY NAME? OR WHOEVER WE PROVIDE TO YOU?
We won't send you an appointment without getting a confirmation from the potential prospects that he/she is interested to lend or in need of financing to expand their business in accordance to your criteria target and that they'll be informed about the company we represent and who will be the person, or someone from your company will give them a callback to discuss further. 

WOULD YOU BE ABLE TO SKIP TRACE OUR PERSONAL LEADS AT TIMES IF NEED BE OR WOULD THAT BE AN EXTRA?  
We offer bundle service (skip trace/gathering leads/appointment settings). But for an instance, you wish to get another/separate leads (500-600 leads), that's for $120.

We provide leads only (no appointments), or appointments only (no leads), you'll be the one to provide leads to us for the setting of appointments.

WOULD YOU BE LIKE AN ASSISTANT REPRESENTING OUR FIRM WHEN GETTING THE LEADS? 
Yes, we'll call on behalf of your company/on your behalf. We'll be your front liners.

WHAT WOULD BE THE HOURS OF OPERATION?
Our agents calling hours is between 9am-6pm client's time/your time.
 
WILL YOU BE SENDING LEADS EVERYDAY OR TOWARDS END OF THE WEEK?
You will have 5-7 appointments towards our time frame (1-2 weeks), we will send these to you daily. Say we get 1 or 2/day till we reach our target number of appointments within our time frame.

HOW MANY LEADS YOU'LL GET PER SERVICE FOR BUNDLE SERVICE?
We'll gather 500-600 or as many as needed to provide your guaranteed 5-7 appointments for $220 for bundle service at no additional cost for adding more leads if needed..

IS THERE A CONTRACT?
There is no contract, you may renew or use our service either weekly, monthly or every other month or for as long as you need our service to provide you appointments with potential property sellers within your target area.

 

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE/ADVANTAGE OF OUR SERVICE COMPARED TO OTHERS?

We offer Package Service. From gathering of leads as per your criteria/preference (target market) and tools (dialer/script) to use to call our prospects. Unlike other services, we provide "Guaranteed Appointments". With usual VAs or other services, once they're done with your purchased hours (hourly rate), regardless of the outcome, they are not obliged to continue since they're for hourly rate set up. With us, we are committed to provide as per agreement. We only consider job is completed once the quota is reached. All you need to do is just to wait for the appointments to be forwarded to you towards our target time frame, 2-3 weeks.

Do you have leads/prospects ready for us to cold call?

If none...

We offer package service (leads, tools, appointments) where you can save around $20-$50! We will gather your leads to be ready for cold calling. Most of the time we have leads ready for appointments as we normally gather leads in advance specifically for hot areas where majority of our clients are targeting. Must expect your guaranteed 5-7 appointments "max", to be completed within 2-3 weeks period, for only $220.
